Paul Inouye is a veteran M&A banker and Silicon Valley veteran from San Mateo County, California. A graduate of UC Berkeley and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, he is the founder and CEO of Western Hills Partners. Inouye has worked in finance for over three decades, focusing predominantly on technology investment banking. A San Francisco native, he enjoys a range of personal interests, including travel, sports and music, and is a proud father of two.

Inouye's role in these transactions includes creating marketing material, overseeing due diligence materials and analysis. Along with developing financial models, strategically contacting potential buyers, and structuring and negotiating deal terms, he and his team provide a broad range of boutique financial advisory services to mostly Silicon Valley based clients.
